You’ll need

  • 500 ml/17 fl oz milk of choice
  • 1 ½ teaspoons T2 Matcha
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 8 tablespoons white chia seeds
  • Coconut yogurt
  • Coconut flakes
  • Pistachios, roughly chopped

How to

  1. Place milk, T2 Matcha and maple syrup in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Put chia seeds in a medium bowl, add matcha mixture and stir well until combined.
  3. Leave mixture to set in the fridge for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
  4. To serve, place in small glasses and layer with coconut yogurt. Top with coconut flakes and chopped pistachios, or your favourite breakfast toppings.
