Fabulously fizzy and perfect at sundown, welcome in the party season with this tart, sweet and rosy-cheeked sparkling tea.

You’ll need

  • 16 teaspoons Ruby Red Rosehip
  • 125 ml/4 fl oz rice malt syrup
  • Ice
  • Soda water
  • 4 tablespoons Just Rose
  • 2L T2 Jug-a-lot

How to

  1. Add the tea to the infuser of your 2L T2 Jug-a-lot and half fill with boiling water. Infuse for 15 minutes then remove infuser, stir in rice malt syrup and leave to cool for 1 hour.
  2. Top with ice and soda water and decorate with Just Rose.

Makes 2 litres
