Our take on traditional Thai iced tea has got all you need for a summer thirst quencher.

You’ll need

  • 10 teaspoons Melbourne Breakfast
  • 100 g/3.5 oz brown sugar
  • 1 can low fat coconut milk, or milk of choice
  • Ice

How to

  1. Add the tea to the infuser of a 1L teapot and fill with boiling water. Infuse for 6 minutes then remove the infuser.
  2. Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved then leave to cool.
  3. Fill glasses with ice, then pour cooled tea mixture until each glass is ¾ full. Top with coconut milk, stir well, and serve.
