Jade Mountain brewed strong, poured over ice, drizzled with a cocoa-maple sauce, topped with milk and a scoop of hazelnut gelato. A praline-like blend of nutty, creamy flavours that uses green tea in the most unexpected of ways.

Method

    Brew 10g Jade Mountain using your infuser in a cup using ½ cup 80c water for 3 minutes.

    Meanwhile, make a thick chocolate drizzle by combining the cocoa and maple syrup in a bowl and mixing well.

    Fill your glass with ice and drizzle the chocolate around the inside of the glass.

  • 4

    Add the brewed tea, top with the milk of your choice and add a scoop of hazelnut gelato.
