How to brew Dong Ding Oolong

Iced

Hot

Boil the kettle to 80°C. Warm your cup or pot first by adding a splash of boiling water. Swill and discard, then fill with 80°C water.

Add 1 teaspoon of Dong Ding Oolong to your infuser and place the infuser in your cup. To make a pot, the general rule is 1 teaspoon per 250 ml.

Brew for 3-6 minutes, or to desired strength.

Remove the infuser. Sip mindfully and enjoy!
