Traditionally served in India. Now served by you. T2 Chai.
Never one to follow the road, Chai’s always the one to forge a different path. Filling the pages of his notebooks, and his passports. Digital, but with an eye for the present. Vivid expressions of his impressions. With enough room to explore the new local, he finds comfort in knowing who he is. Bold. Authentic. Not one to seek approval, he stays grounded in confidence.
It’s customary in India to serve chai in terracotta cups that you smash to the ground after drinking. We don’t recommend doing this with your own crockery, but it could be fun.
Loose leaf and teabags
Brew it strong so the milk has something to stand up against. From there, add as much, or as little, milk and honey as you like.
