You’ll need

  • 6 teaspoons New York Breakfast
  • 400 ml/13.5 fl oz boiling water
  • 300 ml/10 fl oz hot milk of choice
  • 2 pinches of salt
  • 2 teaspoons honey

How to

  1. Infuse New York Breakfast in boiling water for 4-6 minutes.
  2. Remove infuser, then divide tea between 2 mugs, and add a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of honey to each mug.
  3. Add hot milk to T2 Milking It Milk Frother and pump until frothy.
  4. Divide hot frothed milk between the mugs.
