We’ve combined two of our favourite winter treats for this devilish banana tea-infused chai.

You’ll need

  • 3 teaspoons Banana Bake
  • 3 teaspoons Ginger Spice
  • 1 teaspoon Indian Spice
  • 250 ml/8.4 fl oz soy milk
  • Honey

How to

  1. Add the teas to the infuser of a 1L teapot, three quarter fill with boiling water and infuse for 5 minutes, then remove the infuser.
  2. Heat soy milk in a saucepan until hot, but not boiling.
  3. Add hot soy milk to the teapot, and sweeten with honey.
