What to expect
We currently offer credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) or PayPal as payment methods to purchase the T2 Tea Subscription. At this stage, split payments, T2 Gift Card payments, Afterpay, AliPay and UnionPay are unavailable as payment methods to purchase the T2 Tea Subscription.
Our T2 Tea Subscription must be purchased in a single transaction. If you wish to order additional items, these items must be purchased in a separate transaction.
Not at all! We offer free standard delivery in Australia, New Zealand and United Kingdom for all T2 Tea Subscription purchases.
At this stage, the T2 Tea Subscription is currently available in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom. For all you sippers out there in other regions, we recommend that you keep your eyes peeled!
We send out an edition of the T2 Tea Subscription every ninety days. Your billing cycle will also be every ninety days from the date of your first purchase – how easy is that!
As each box of our T2 Tea Subscription is limited-edition, once each edition sells out that’s it!
At this stage, we currently don’t offer gift wrap for our T2 Tea Subscription.
Absolutely! You can pause, skip or cancel your T2 Tea Subscription by logging into your account here.Once purchased, gift subscriptions cannot be cancelled.

Our T2 Tea Subscription is an online exclusive!
Yes! We offer our T2 Tea Subscription exclusively for our Tea Society members. You can easily create an account for free here.
Every ninety days we will attempt to debit the credit card linked to your T2 Tea Subscription. After three unsuccessful attempts, we will cancel your subscription. You can edit your credit card details here.
Absolutely! Log into your account here. Under ‘My subscription’ click ‘Edit your subscription.’ A pop-up will then appear under your delivery address. Click edit, fill out your form (and make sure to hit ‘Save’!). Gift subscription addresses cannot be amended. Please note that your address must be amended three business days before your billing cycle for us to send your next edition to your updated address.
