T2 Matcha Powder is the bomb!
I bought the matcha as a birthday present for myself and specifically to make four ingredient non machine matcha icecream. It turned out delicious and creamy. It was BETTER than most commercial ones i've had in japanese restaurants and sushi bars as I was able to dial up the matcha and delivered a rich green creamy ice cream with just the perfect balance of bitterness and sweetness.
