This is our only herbal tisane with apple in it, making it sweeter and often easier to drink for some people who don't like overly herby sleep tisanes.
Enjoy hot on its own, before bed in your favourite mug.

Nice step to any bedtime/wind down routine
Whilst this won't make you feel sleepy or anything like that, the act of taking a moment to brew and sip this lovely tea is calming in itself. I'm not generally one for herbal teas but this one is really nice and more palatable to me (must be the apple in it).

This is my go-to when I can't sleep. It is so good that I recommend to others - the same results for them too! Please don't delete this T2 it is helping us cope in this crazy world. Please bring back the larger tin/packet - Please!
