How to Brew English Breakfast

  • 2-3 tsp per cup
  • 3 mins
  • 100°C (212°F)

  • Hot
  • Iced

    Boil the kettle. Warm your cup or pot first by adding a splash of boiling water. Swill and discard, then fill with fresh 100°C water to brew.​

    Place 1 teaspoon loose leaf tea in your infuser and place it into your cup, or place 1 tea bag into your cup. To make a pot, the general rule is 1 teaspoon loose leaf or tea bag per 250 ml. ​

    Brew for 2-4 minutes.​

    Remove the infuser, or tea bag. Add milk and sweetener if using. Sip mindfully and enjoy!

Brew tip

Like it nice and strong? Instead of brewing for longer, add an extra tea bag or teaspoon and brew for the recommended time.​
