Poisoned Apple Fizz

Take a sip of the poisoned apple, sweetened with apple juice for a chilling brew that'll have you coming back for more.

Serves 1
Ingredients
  • 1-2 scoops T2 Apple Crumble
  • 150 ml / 5 oz 100℃ water
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • 100 mL / 3 oz chilled apple juice
  • 100 mL / 3 oz sparkling water
  • Iced cubes
  • 1 fresh apple

Brew Tip. Swap sparking water for ginger ale for a sweeter version!

Method

    Brew the tea for 4-5 minutes.

    Strain and stir in honey or maple syrup

    Let cool completely.

    Prepare your cauldron (glass).

    Rim a tall glass with honey, then dip in black sugar or cocoa powder. Fill with ice.

    In the glass, combine: the cooled Apple Crumble tea base, Apple juice, Sparkling water (or ginger ale).

    Stir gently.

    Float thin apple slices on top (or cut them into spooky shapes with a cookie cutter).
