Brew tip from our tea sommelier

If you don't have any strawberries at home, skip part one and use strawberry jam instead of the puree. This is will be bit sweeter than our puree recipe, but equally delicious.
“When shopping for strawberries, go for your juiciest and softest option. These will look bright red, and almost too soft to eat – but trust us, they are perfect for this recipe. These will give you the sweetest tasting latte. If strawberries are not in season, try substituting with frozen strawberries.”
