Pumpkin Chai Latte
Pumpkin and chai conspire with nutmeg in this wickedly delicious concoction that tastes like Halloween in a mug. So good it’s spooky.
Ingredients
- 6 teaspoons T2 Chai
- 400 ml / 14 fl oz boiling water
- 300 ml / 10 fl oz milk of choice
- 4 tablespoons store-bought pumpkin puree
- Honey, to taste
- Freshly grated nutmeg, to garnish
- Black sugar or cocoa powder to rim the cup

- Infuser or teapot
- Curios mug
- Milk frother
- Blender
- Strainer
Method

Infuse T2 Chai in boiling water for 4-6 minutes then strain or remove infuser.

Froth your milk.

Pour the tea into a blender, add the pumpkin puree and milk (reserving the froth) and blitz for 30 seconds until well blended.

Divide between 2 mugs and top with reserved milk froth.

Sweeten with honey if desired, and grate a sprinkling of fresh nutmeg over the top.
