Boil the kettle. Warm your cup or pot first by adding a splash of boiling water. Swill and discard, then fill with fresh 100°C water to brew.

  • 2

Place 1 teaspoon loose leaf tea in your infuser and place it into your cup. To make a pot, the general rule is 1 teaspoon loose leaf per 250 ml.

    Brew for 2-4 minutes.

  • 4

Remove the infuser. Add milk and sweetener if using. Sip mindfully and enjoy while you read the poetry of Emily Dickenson.
