What is my minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity for all customers is dependent on your location.

How much does it cost for my order to be delivered?

All orders are delivered directly to your business and shipping costs are calculated based on your location.

Australia

Orders under $250 incur a $16.50 freight charge per order.
Orders over $250 receive free freight.

New Zealand

Can I pick up my order from a store?

The wholesale department operates independently from our retail business and orders cannot be picked up from T2 stores.

How can I track my order?

Australian Orders

If your delivery has exceeded the estimated time frame, please email us at sales@t2tea.com, or call us on (03) 8698 0660 and we will investigate further.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm (AEST).

International Orders

If your delivery has exceeded the estimated time frame, please email us at sales@t2tea.com, or refer to the Contact Us page for our toll-free international phone numbers.

What payment types does T2 Wholesale accept?

T2 Wholesale accepts all major credit cards and PayPal. There are no surcharges on credit card payments

All customers on pre-paid terms must pay for items prior to delivery.

Customers who have been approved for credit terms can place an order at any time, provided that your account is up to date and there are no outstanding invoices.
