To brew the tea, add 2 tsp of tea to 250ml of boiling water. Allow the tea to cool for 20-30 minutes.
To brew cold brew coffee, add 1 cup ground coffee to 4 cups of water. Allow the mix to steep overnight before straining through a coffee filter.
In a tea mug or your favourite coffee mug, pour the tea and almond milk in over ice. Then, to create a layering effect, gently pour over your fresh espresso or cold brew over the top of the ice, followed by the Kaluha. To make the hot version of this drink, use freshly brewed Horchata tea and add all ingredients in together (without ice) and gently stir.
