  • 60ml T2 Green Rose tea
  • 30ml white rum
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 2 small lime wedges
  • 6-8 mint leaves
  • Soda water


  1. To brew the tea, add 2tsp of T2’s Green Rose tea into 250ml of cold water. Allow the tea to brew for 12-18 hrs depending on how strong you would like the tea. Once the brew time is over, strain out the loose tea and you’re good to move to the next step!
  2. To make this cocktail, start by muddling the small lime wedges with the mint leaves
  3. Add in your sugar syrup, white rum, and 120ml of Green Rose tea, then add either ice cubes or crushed ice
  4. Give the mix a quick stir, top off with soda water and garnish with a big mint sprig
