  • 60ml T2 Green Rose tea-infused vodka
  • 3-4 mint leaves
  • 4 slices of cucumber
  • 2 small lime wedges
  • Ginger beer


  1. To infuse the vodka, add 2 tsp of Green Rose Tea to 250ml of vodka. Allow it to sit for 10-12 hrs, shaking a few times throughout to help the flavour infuse. Once the vodka has finished infusing, strain out the loose tea
  2. To make the drink, place the small lime wedges, cucumbers, and mint leaves into the bottom on your copper mug, and lightly muddle
  3. Add 60ml of the Green Rose tea-infused vodka, fill the glass with ice and top with ginger beer. Garnish with a mint sprig and a cucumber wheel!
