  • 120ml T2 Green Rose tea
  • 45ml gin
  • 60ml honeydew melon purée/juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • 4-6 mint leaves
  • Soda water


  1. To brew the tea, add 2tsp of T2’s Green Rose tea into 250ml of cold water. Allow the tea to brew for 12-18 hrs depending on how strong you would like the tea. Once the brew time is over, strain out the loose tea and you’re good to move to the next step!
  2. To make your honeydew melon purée, blend 1 cup of honeydew melon chunks in a blender. If you don’t enjoy the texture of the purée, you can strain the mix to just get the fresh juice
  3. To make this drink, grab your finest looking mason jar, lightly clap 3-4 large mint leaves in your hands, and place into your glass
  4. Add in the gin, sugar syrup, melon purée/juice, and finally 120ml of your Green Rose tea
  5. Fill the glass with ice and top it off with soda water. Garnish with a mint sprig and 3 small melon balls!
