  • 30ml gin
  • 45ml Merry Berry Meringue Tea
  • 15ml lemon juice
  • 15ml sugar syrup
  • Egg white or aquafaba (chickpea juice) as vegan option


  1. Add 2 tsp of T2’s Merry Berry Meringue for every 250ml of cold water. Allow the tea to brew for 12-18 hours depending on how strong you like it. Once the brew time is over, strain out the loose tea
  2. Create a simple sugar syrup by adding equal parts of white sugar to boiling water. Allow the sugar to completely dissolve and the mix to cool before use
  3. Add all of your ingredients, except ice, to a cocktail shaker and perform what is called a dry shake to allow the egg whites to emulsify
  4. Now add ice and shake again. Strain your cocktail into your glass and garnish with some Merry Berry Meringue Loose Leaf Tea
