  • 2 Frozen Bananas
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk brewed with 1.5tsp T2 Papaya & Lime Tea/chilled
  • 1/2 lime (juiced)
  • 1 TBS maple syrup
  • 1/2 Papaya (cubed/approx. 1 cup)


  1. Add all your ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth, transfer to your bowl
  2. To create a pattern, transfer coconut yoghurt to a squeeze bottle and draw horizontal lines side to side (approx. 2 cm apart)
  3. Now draw a line vertically using a wooden skewer. Repeat until you get the pattern effect desired. Top with granola of choice, extra lime wedge and fresh fruit
