A crisp and sweet new way to cosy up to chai, this mulled apple juice mixed with fragrant spices will warm you up in seconds.

You’ll need

  • 500 ml/17 fl oz good quality cloudy apple juice
  • 200 ml/7 fl oz water
  • 6 teaspoons Spi Chai

How to

  1. Place apple juice and water in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer, but don’t boil.
  2. Add the Spi Chai, cover and turn off the heat. Leave to stand for 8 minutes.
  3. Strain into 2 teamugs and serve.
