  • 1

Add 1 teaspoon of French Earl Grey to your infuser and place the infuser in your cup or mug. To make a pot, the general rule is 1 teaspoon per 250 ml/8.4 fl oz.

  • 2

Fill the cup or pot with freshly boiled water. Avoid heating water in the microwave.

  • 3

Infuse for 2-3 minutes, or to desired strength.

  • 4

Remove the infuser. Sip and enjoy!

Brew tip

The fruits and florals mean we usually don’t recommend adding milk. For a fun twist, try a squeeze of lemon or honey.

A cup and of French Earl Grey
  • 1

Add 2+ teaspoons of French Earl Grey per 250 ml/8.4 fl oz water to your infuser and place the infuser in your cup or jug.

  • 2

Half fill your cup or jug with freshly boiled water. This ensures there’s plenty of room to add ice later.

  • 3

Infuse for 1-2 minutes, or to desired strength.

  • 4

Remove the infuser and leave to cool.

  • 5

Add ice and fresh fruit to garnish.

Brew tip

To bring out even more fruity and hibiscus notes, try brewing French Earl Grey at 80℃ (176℉). This will also mean less tannins, so the fruity and floral notes can shine.

Don’t take our word for it

Looks pretty, smells heavenly and tastes even better. This without doubt the family favourite.

- Teejay

Best french earl grey ive ever tried.

It's not too strong or too citrus and it's just so wonderful. It's mellow and beautiful. All the flavours feel perfectly balanced
- Aliana

This has a more delicate flavour and a very nice fruity aroma

A refreshing thirst quenching cup of tea.
