Matcha's natural combination of caffeine and L-theanine delivers balanced and sustained focus and energy.
Add ½–1 teaspoon of matcha powder to your matcha bowl.
Pour in 150ml of 80°C water.
Using a matcha whisk, whisk in an ‘M’ shape until all clumps are mixed in and a layer of froth has formed.
Drink straight up or add steamed milk to make it a latte. Enjoy!
Brew tip
Brew Tip. If fresh peach isn't in season, garnish with a sprig of mint for freshness and flavour.
In your Glass Tumbler, add ice and soda water. If you’re feeling fancy, add some slices of fresh peach or other seasonal fruits.
Add ½ – 1 teaspoon into a T2 matcha bowl, add 150mls of water at 80°C and whisk until frothy.
Add your matcha to your tumbler. Serve and enjoy!
