The unique and delicious flavour of Lung Ching is a product of both its unique terroir and meticulous processing methods. Small amounts of freshly withered young green leaves are continuously pressed and turned by hand against a hot wok. This expert process, which occurs several times to both halt oxidisation and finish the tea, brings out the rich, nutty notes for which this tea is known and gives the leaves their signature flat sword appearance.

  • Premium Chinese green tea with sweet notes of chestnut and floral hints.
  • A limited-edition tea picked from the Yang Mountain Garden.
  • Best brewed 2–3 minutes using 80 °C water in your favourite loose leaf tea infuser. One teaspoon per cup. Perfect on its own.
  • Packed into a tin to keep your tea fresher for longer.
  • Enjoy it at any time of the day.

From fruits to spices, tea leaves to herb bushes, 100% of our tea is sustainably sourced.
