Nothing says cooler weather like chai, and with a little pumpkin thrown in the mix, you’ll never want those chilly nights to end!

You’ll need

  • 6 teaspoons T2 Chai
  • 400 ml/14 fl oz boiling water
  • 300 ml/10 fl oz milk of choice
  • 4 tablespoons store-bought pumpkin puree
  • Honey, to taste
  • Freshly grated nutmeg, to garnish

How to

  1. Infuse T2 Chai in boiling water for 4-6 minutes then strain or remove infuser.
  2. Add hot milk to T2 Milking It Milk Frother and pump until frothy.
  3. Pour the tea into a blender, add the pumpkin puree and milk (reserving the froth) and blitz for 30 seconds until well blended.
  4. Divide between 2 mugs and top with reserved milk froth.
  5. Sweeten with honey if desired and grate a little fresh nutmeg over the top.
