All Day Rosé Sangria

A fruity, refreshing twist on iced tea, this Sangria made with T2 All Day Rosé is perfect for sharing—serve it boozy or booze-free, and let the tangy, vibrant flavours do the talking.

Ingredients
  • 8-10 scoops / teaspoons T2 All Day Rosé
  • 400 ml / 13.5 oz 100℃ water
  • 120 ml / 4 fl oz vodka, if using
  • 120 ml / 4 fl oz lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, if using
  • 240 ml / 8 oz strawberries, sliced
  • 240 ml / 8 oz raspberries
  • 1 blood orange, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint
  • 480 ml / 16 oz soda water

Brew Tip. Make this into a mocktail without vodka for guest who don't drink alcohol. The tangy notes of the tea make it extra flavoursome either way.

Method

    Add 8-10 scoops / teaspoons of All Day Rosé to a T2 2L Jug-A-Lot with 400ml of 100℃ water.

    Allow this to brew for 5-10 minutes to make a strong concentrate. Remove infuser and allow to cool.

    Add the lemon juice, vodka and sugar (if using). Stir carefully to combine.

    Add the sliced strawberries, raspberries, orange slices, and mint to a large pitcher.

    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to allow the fruit to infuse.

    Add in the soda immediately before serving.

    Serve over ice and don't forget to ladle some of the fruit into each glass!
