Subscription

  • Each quarter you will receive four hand-selected loose leaf teas (up to 60 cups!) for you to try, along with a booklet explaining the origin of the premium teas, how to brew, fun facts and even some recipe ideas! You will also receive a collectable postcard designed by T2’s illustrators and designers.

  • We currently offer credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) as payment methods to purchase the T2 Tea Subscription

  • Not at this time. All editions of the T2 Tea Subscription come with four re-sealable foils of premium loose leaf tea ready to be brewed to your liking. Why not check out some of our fantastic brew tools to get you sipping on your new teas?

  • The first step to subscribe to the T2 Tea Subscription is to become a Tea Society member. Once logged in, you can subscribe to a 12-month or ongoing subscription and your tea delivery will be en route to your door!

  • Being a Tea Society member will allow you to self-manage your T2 Tea Subscription in a secure way. You will be able to log in to your account and manage your payment, address and subscription details. As a bonus, you will be joining a special group of tea lovers and receive exclusive offers and perks!

  • Not at all! Each of your subscription boxes will be delivered by standard delivery service, free of charge.

  • Unfortunately not at this time. You will need to purchase the T2 Tea Subscription in a single transaction separately. You can then place an additional order with other T2 items.

  • At this stage, the T2 Tea Subscription is currently available in Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

  • Sorry, not at this time. All T2 Tea Subscriptions must be delivered within the same country the order was placed (Australia, New Zealand or the UK).

  • Absolutely, these tea subscription boxes make the perfect gift! You can gift either the fixed term, 12-month option, or you can give the gift which keeps on giving and purchase the on-going option, where your giftee will receive a T2 Tea Subscription box every 3 months! All T2 Tea Subscriptions must be delivered within the same country the order was placed (Australia, New Zealand or the UK).

  • We don’t offer gift wrapping of the T2 Tea Subscription, as it arrives in a beautifully designed and purpose-created box. You can, however, send your tea gift recipient a personalised email on a date you choose.

  • You sure can! When you place your gift order, you are able to send a personalised message, and nominate when the email should land in the inbox of your loved one. The date you select just needs to be prior to the first box being sent out, which is always the beginning of the next calendar month.

  • Unfortunately not at this time. After your initial payment for the first box, you will be billed quarterly when the T2 Tea Subscription box is dispatched. This provides you the flexibility to alter your T2 Tea Subscription details at any time.

  • Your first T2 Tea Subscription box will be sent at the beginning of the month after you place your order. You will then receive subsequent deliveries every 3 months until your subscription ends or your cancel it.

  • We send out your first edition at the beginning of the calendar month after you place your order online. After that, you will receive the next T2 Tea Subscription box each quarter. You will be billed just prior to the T2 Tea Subscription box leaving our warehouse.

  • Yes, you can skip a box or cancel your T2 Tea Subscription anytime by logging into your account here.

  • The T2 Tea Subscription is an online exclusive!

  • Every quarter we will attempt to debit the payment details linked to your T2 Tea Subscription. After three unsuccessful attempts, we will cancel your subscription. You can edit your credit card details here here.

  • Absolutely! Log into your account here. Under ‘My subscription’ click ‘Edit your subscription.’ A pop-up will then appear under your delivery address. Click edit, fill out your form (and make sure to hit ‘Save’!). Please note that your address must be amended three business days before your billing cycle for us to send your next edition to your updated address.

  • You sure can! Just login to your account here, click on ‘Subscription’ and request to skip the next edition. You won’t be billed as long as you provide 3 business days’ notice.
