100% certified sustainably sourced tea by the end of 2019 and tisanes by the end of 2020.
100% certified ethically sourced teawares and accessories by the end of 2019. (Certified according to SMETA 6.0 and BSCI)
All consumables (gift wrap, tasting cups, takeaway cups etc) and packaging to be reusable, recyclable or compostable by the end of 2020.

We travel the earth to find the best quality tea to deliver a delicious cup, moment after moment. With over 100 teas available, we’ve got beloved favourites like English Breakfast, Lemongrass & Ginger and Earl Grey covered, as well as unexpected flavours like Fruitalicious, Gorgeous Geisha and Creme Brulee. Our very own in-house designers and artists create bespoke teawares designs and innovative brewing tools, drawing inspiration from travel, art and fashion, meaning almost every teapot, cup and teamug has been dreamed up and designed by us.
