Ingredients

  • 50ml T2 Mexi-cola
  • 50ml Anejo Tequila (or aged rum)
  • 10ml lime juice
  • 10ml pink grapefruit juice
  • 20ml Chambord raspberry liqueur

Method

  1. Brew 1 cup of Mexi-cola tea (2 tsp in 250ml 100° water for 3-5 minutes)
  2. Rub the lime shell around rim of glass and scatter some salt and chilli over the top
  3. Combine all of the ingredients with ice and shake well
  4. Strain mixture in to a teacup over a big cube of ice
  5. Top up with some Mexi-cola loose tea
  6. Garnish with a slice of lime
