Returns

Tea Too Pty Ltd will accept returns in accordance with Victorian and Australian law. Returns are also accepted with prior approval from Tea Too Pty Ltd where a return authority number will be issued and must be with 30 days of invoice. The item must be unused and the packaging in new condition.

Repairs and Warranties

If a product is faulty please contact us immediately so as to authorize a repair or replacement. If an item arrives and is faulty on arrival please contact us within 14 days so we can arrange a replacement or repair.

How do I exercise my right of withdrawal (EU customers)?
Under EU law, you have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to give a reason. To begin your withdrawal request, please follow this link to the Right of Withdrawal Returns page. Once submitted, you’ll receive instructions on how to return your items and complete the process. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
