Our teaware is also ethically sourced. All of our suppliers meet the auditing standards of Sedex Members Ethical Trade (SMETA) or Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI).​

When will my wholesale order be be delivered?

All orders for delivery within Australia are shipped from Melbourne with StarTrack.

  • Melbourne metro and regional VIC — 1-2 working days from dispatch

  • Sydney metro and regional NSW — 1-2 working days from dispatch

  • Canberra and regional ACT — 1-2 working days from dispatch

  • Adelaide metro — 1-2 working days from dispatch

  • Regional SA and NT — 2-5 working days from dispatch

  • Perth metro — 3-4 working days from dispatch

  • Regional WA — 4-10 working days from dispatch

  • Brisbane metro and Gold Coast — 2 working days from dispatch

  • Regional QLD — 2-5 working days from dispatch

  • Tasmania — 3 working days from dispatch

If you’ve ordered through the wholesale website, you can view the order tracking by going to Order History in your Account Overview. If you need further assistance, please contact the wholesale team at sales@t2tea.com.

Can I pick up my order from a store?

T2 Wholesale operates separately from our retail business and orders cannot be picked up from T2 stores. If you’re concerned about shipping times and want to check how long your delivery will take to arrive, please reach out to us at sales@t2tea.com.

What payment types does T2 Wholesale accept?

T2 Wholesale accepts all major credit cards and PayPal. There are no surcharges on credit card payments. All customers on pre-paid terms must make payment on orders before the stock is secured and dispatched. Customers who have been approved for credit terms can place an order at any time, provided that your account is up to date and there are no outstanding invoices.
