How to get it

Delivery

You don’t need to tell us twice; this double walled glass flask has one focus — to keep your tea toasty. Inspired by our home amongst the gum trees, the hand painted design of Australian fur, feathers and flora gives the flask a real fair dinkum look. Plus, the 300ml/10 fl oz capacity means you get a thirst-quenching tea fix. And the gold finished stainless-steel infuser and lid delivers a flawless tea moment.

HOW TO:
1. Remove the lid and basket infuser.
2. Add 1 heaped teaspoon of tea to the infuser.
3. Fill flask with water at the correct temperature (refer to tea packaging) until 2cm/1 inch from the top.
4. Slowly lower the infuser basket into the water until it clips in place.
5. Infuse for the tea’s recommended time then, using the handle, carefully remove the infuser and allow to vent for one minute.

NOTE:
Flask will be warm, but not hot, to the touch.

Ensure flask is clean and dry before being stored.Your new flask is made of glass - handle with care! Avoid dropping your flask and be gentle when opening, closing, inserting and removing inner parts to prevent mechanical shock.Avoid exposing your flask to drastic changes in temperature by allowing it to slowly change into room temperature first (e.g don't take your flask out of the fridge and pour in boiling water) to prevent thermal shock.

Compostable teabags
Our tea has come packed in compostable teabags since 2021. Made from plant- based materials, both bag and string are made from Polylactic Acid (PLA), with a paper tag printed with vegetable ink. Heat-sealed, they’re also glue and staple-free.
Polylactic Acid is a biodegradable bioplastic made from plant sources – in our case, we've used corn starch.

Compostable shopping bags
Shopping in-store? Our uncoated shopping bags can be recycled (when you’re done reusing them). Please note, there is a small charge for carry bags.

Plant-based polybags
Our loose-leaf tea is wrapped in compostable plant-based polybags, which are compostable. We recommend checking with your local government’s green waste pick up service before placing bioplastics in your home compost bins.
