T2 People

Our people.

Just like our teas, our people are a unique blend.

We’re an eclectic bunch who celebrate and support humans of all ages, genders, cultures, and lifestyles. We believe uplifting and celebrating people exactly as they are, gives us the power to create a brewing force for good in every T2 community.

Our Values

Our values shape our culture, influence who we are, what we do, and who joins our family. They are embedded into our DNA and in how we work together as a united Brewing Force for Good.

Diversity & Inclusion

T2’s Diversity and Inclusion (DE&I) committee is in place to support and facilitate a diverse and inclusive workplace at T2.

The diversity of our people is one of our greatest strengths. We value and recognise the benefit of individual differences in the workplace, which supports both the realisation of an individual’s full potential and the achievement of T2’s strategic imperatives.

This is reflective of our community globally and we are committed to a culturally safe workplace that fosters diversity and inclusion. Our people are as diverse as our teas and the people who enjoy them, our aim is to embrace all that makes us different and unique.

Our community

Our Volunteer Leave Program provides our teams globally an opportunity to volunteer with a community organisation that is meaningful to them, creating a true sense of giving back to the local communities we live, work and play in.

Indigenous Peoples

T2 acknowledges the traditional Owners of the land and recognises their continuing connection to land, waters and culture. We pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.

T2 acknowledges Māori as tangata whenua in Aoteroa New Zealand.

T2 acknowledges that we are on the traditional territory and homelands of the Kumeyaay, Tonga, Misenam, Tamyen, Ohlone and Merrick people.
