How to brew Pear & Butter Scotch

  • 1 tsp per cup
  • 2-4 mins
  • 100℃ (212℉)
A cup of T2 Pear & Butter Scotch A cup of T2 Pear & Butter Scotch

    Place 1 scoop / teaspoon of Pear & Butterscotch in a T2 Teamaker or infuser in a mug.

    Add 250ml of 100℃ water and allow to brew for 2-4 minutes.

    Once brewed, put your T2 Teamaker on top of your mug to strain or remove your infuser.

    Enjoy on its own or add milk and sweetener of your choice to taste.

Brew tip

If you like your tea strong, add an additional scoop. If you like a softer flavour, reduce the brew time to less than 2 minutes.

Serves 1 person
Ingredients
  • 2-3 scoops / teaspoons T2 Pear & Butterscotch
  • 100 ml / 3.4 fl oz 100℃ (212℉) water
  • 150 ml / 5.1 fl oz milk
  • Sweetener, if using

  • T2 Teamaker or infuser in a mug
Brew tip

For an adults-only treat, add a little Irish cream liqueur and whipped cream for a truly luxurious experience!

Method

    Place 2 scoops / teaspoons Pear & Butterscotch in a T2 Teamaker or infuser in a mug.

  • 2

    Add 100ml of 100℃ water and allow to brew for 3-5 minutes, to make a strong concentrate. Once brewed, put your T2 Teamaker on top of your mug to strain or remove your infuser.

    While your tea brews, heat (and froth, if you can!) 150-200ml milk of your choice.

  • 4

    Into the brewed tea, add a sweetener of your choice (we love brown sugar or honey) and then top up with your heated milk.
