T2 Matcha is a ceremonial-grade Japanese green tea powder, JAS (Japanese Agricultural Standard) certified organic. Made from young tencha leaves shaded for three to four weeks before harvest. Deveined and ground into a vibrant green powder you whisk — not steep — into your cup. Shade-growing builds the chlorophyll (the colour), the L-theanine (the calm), and the umami (the flavour).

Whisk 1/2 tsp (around 2 g) into 150 ml water at 80°C / 176°F with a chasen (bamboo whisk) until a fine foam forms. Drink neat. Pour through warm milk for a latte. The L-theanine slows the caffeine release. Focused, sustained energy. Not the coffee crash.
