One cup at a time, we’ve been able to connect, understand, and share our ‘tea done differently’ with sippers from around the world.

However, the past couple of years have brought unprecedented changes. Therefore, we have made the decision to close all operations in the Northern Hemisphere to focus on regions closer to home, such as Australia, New Zealand and Singapore.

As of February 24th 2023, T2 will no longer be available to order for wholesale customers. Our retail stores in the US will also close on the 19th of February, with the exception of Valley Fair which will close on June 25th 2023.

Our Sales Support team based in Australia will still be available if you require any support in closing your account.

  • Sorry to hear you have had issues with one of your T2 orders. Please reach out to our Sales Support team at wholesale.enquiries@t2tea.com for further assistance. Our Australia-based team will be happy to help, even after T2 has ceased operations in the US.

  • If you have an open credit on your account, you can still use it against T2 wholesale orders up until February 24th 2023. If you still have credit after T2 has ceased operations in the US, you can reach out to our accounts team at accounts@t2tea.com to organize payment of the credit value.

    All orders for delivery within Australia are shipped from Melbourne with StarTrack.

    We ship all orders with Airpack Express. The estimated delivery window for delivery within Singapore is 1-2 working days after dispatch.


    United Kingdom

    All orders for the United Kingdom are shipped from Northampton, with DPD.

  • T2 Wholesale operates separately from our retail business and orders cannot be picked up from T2 stores. If you’re concerned about shipping times and want to check how long your delivery will take to arrive, please reach out to us at wholesale.enquiries@t2tea.com.

  • T2 Wholesale accepts all major credit cards and PayPal. There are no surcharges on credit card payments. All customers on pre-paid terms must make payment on orders before the stock is secured and dispatched. Customers who have been approved for credit terms can place an order at any time, provided that your account is up to date and there are no outstanding invoices.

  • You can purchase the T2 wholesale range in New Zealand, by buying through our distribution partner the Botany Group. Businesses in New Zealand aren’t serviced by T2 directly, but if you’re interested in setting up a wholesale account you can reach out to us at wholesale.enquiries@t2tea.com and we’ll pass your details on to the team at Botany for more information.
