International online orders


We have partnered with Global-e, a third-party service acting as your seller-on-record, so you can buy and receive your T2 Tea goodies. When you purchase your T2 Tea products from Global-e, you will see that your payment method is charged by **Global-e// T2 Tea**, and the purchase is subject to Global-e Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (which will be clearly presented in the checkout before you place the order).

Please select the flag icon in the top right corner to see which countries we ship to and select accordingly. This will change the shipping destination and currency on the website. Once you are in checkout, you will see local payment methods and calculations for any appropriate shipping, duties, taxes and other customs fees.


Free International Shipping is available to certain countries on qualifying purchases.

For International orders under the free shipping threshold, shipping charges vary by country and will be determined at checkout.

Dispatch of your online order from our warehouse facility will be between 1 - 3 business days from the time your order is confirmed.

All our International orders are shipped with DHL. It can take up to 10 business days for your order to be delivered once it has been dispatched.

Please note this is a guide only and does not include weekends/public holidays or customs processing time upon arrival at the destination. Peak periods and promotional events may impact these timeframes.

Delivery

All successful orders will display an on-screen confirmation message, and you will receive an order confirmation email.

Tracking details for your online order will be included in your ‘order dispatched’ email. This is generally sent 1 to 3 business days after you place your order.

If you’ve received your order confirmation but have not received a dispatch email after 3 business days, please let our Customer Care team know via our Contact Us page. Please note during peak times (including promotional or sale periods) this dispatch time may be longer.

All international orders are dispatched from our Singapore warehouse and shipped with DHL.

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, shipment destination, and the value of the purchase.

If duties and taxes are charged at checkout, they will appear as a separate line item. If they are already included in the product price, there will be a note at checkout clarifying.

Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery and they will be the customer’s responsibility. It will be noted at checkout for full transparency before you order.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Placing your order

We accept all major debit and credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and other payment methods such as PayPal. During the checkout process, the supported payment methods are displayed on screen.
Head to your shopping bag, and under your order total, enter your promo code in the box that says, ‘enter promo code’ and click ‘apply’.

Please note promo codes must be applied to receive the qualifying item or offer. Only one promotional code can be used per order and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.​​
To find your correct delivery country, please click on ‘deliver to’, which you can find at the top right-hand corner of our website. Once selected, click on your country from the drop-down menu.

If you cannot see your country/location listed, then it is likely that we do not currently ship there.
Not at all! If you’d prefer to shop without creating an account, you can check out as a guest. But did you know that it’s free to join our Tea Society? And there’s lots of perks involved like birthday vouchers and complimentary gift packaging? Well, now you do!
At this time, we're not accepting gift cards on our International website.

Gifting

Yes. As your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Singapore, we are required to include the invoice so your parcel can be cleared by customs.
After tea, it’s what we do best! Once you have added items to your shopping bag, click on ‘Make it a gift?’. Gift packaging is free if you have a Tea Society account. For non-members of our Tea Society a small fee will be charged on check out. Plus, it’s fully-sustainable and you can enter a personalised message. But please note that at this stage we’re unable to package items separately or create multiple gifts within an order.
We are currently unable to package items in an order individually. Your order will come beautifully packaged in one parcel. If you wish to have individually packaged items, we suggest placing multiple orders.
We’re sorry but we’re not currently selling gift cards or vouchers on our International website.

There's a problem with my order

We may be able to update your address depending on the fulfilment status of your order. Please note we cannot change the delivery country/location. Our systems are automated, and changes may cause delays or mix-ups in the preparation of your order. We highly suggest that you double, triple, quadruple check your cart and details before checking out...

If your delivery time has passed the estimated timeframe, and you are unable to track your order, please get in touch with our Customer Care team via our Contact Us page.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your T2 products as much as we do! If you have changed your mind, you can return your parcel within 30 days of receiving your online order at your own cost through your preferred carrier. Please contact our Customer Care team via our Contact Us page so we can send you a Returns Merchandise Authorisation form that needs to be attached to your parcel. Please note, the original shipping fees and certain duties & taxes are non-refundable.

For purchases made in November and December you can exchange or refund until 31 January the following year.

Please note the product must be in its original saleable condition. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for our tea products once they are opened. In the event that your product is faulty, does not match its description or perform its function, then a refund will be made in its original payment method.
Please contact our Customer Care team via our Contact Us page if you need to complete a refund. If you have returned your order to us via post, you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been arranged. Once processed, you will receive your refund to your original payment method within 21 business days depending on your financial institution.
