Why choose loose leaf in New Zealand?
Loose leaf tea uses whole or large-cut leaves that have room to fully expand in water. The result is a fuller, more aromatic, more layered cup than you get from a bag โ because the leaf's natural oils and flavour compounds are intact and have space to infuse properly.
