You’ll feel like you’re skipping through strawberry fields with this fruity, energising matcha. A blend of ceremonial grade Japanese matcha and ripe, vibrant strawberries creates a fresh taste with a sweet aroma. Serve it iced, hot or like a latte.

  • ½ – 1 teaspoon per matcha bowl, add 150mls of water at 80°C and whisk until frothy. Perfect on its own or poured over ice.

How to Brew Strawberry Matcha

  • ½–1 tsp per cup
  • 80°C (176°F)

  • Hot
  • Iced

    Add ½–1 teaspoon of matcha powder to your matcha bowl.​

    Pour in 150ml of 80C water.

  • 3

    Using a matcha whisk, whisk in an ‘M’ shape until all clumps are mixed in and a layer of froth has formed.​

    Drink straight up or add steamed milk to make it a latte. Enjoy!​

Brew tip

For an extra strawberry taste, add strawberry jam or compote to the bottom of your glass, then mix just before serving.

Iced Double Strawberry Matcha Latte​

Serves 1 people
Ingredients
Strawberry puree​
  • 450 g fresh stawberries, hulled and cut into halves or quarters
Iced Matcha​
  • 1-2 tsp T2 Strawberry Matcha
  • 60 ml 80°C water​
  • Ice cubes​
  • 250 ml oat milk or other milk of choice​
Tools
  • Matcha bowl​
  • Matcha whisk​
Brew Tip. If you don't have any strawberries at home, skip part one and use strawberry jam instead of the puree. This is will be bit sweeter than our puree recipe, but equally delicious.​

Part one: making the fresh strawberry puree​

    Crush or finely chop strawberries until they’re pureed.

Part two: making iced strawberry matcha latte​

    Add matcha powder and 80°C water to a matcha bowl.​

    Whisk in a zig-zag motion until frothy and smooth.

  • 4

    In a tall glass, add 2-3 tbsp of strawberry puree.​

  • 5

    Add ice cubes and milk until nearly full, then top with the matcha.​

  • 6

    Serve, and admire all the vibrant colours. Then stir it up and enjoy!​
