Inspired by abundant fruit buffets at a tropical island resort, Fruitalicious is our take on fruit salad.
Forget plastic forks and soggy apples, Fruitalicious delivers a medley of only the best and most exotic fruits – making every mouthful a delightful sensation.
The tisane that really earns its name. Fruitalicious packs in more fruit than the farmer’s market on weekends, with a basket-load of flavours that unravel with each and every sip.
Take a look at the blend and you’ll notice colourful fruit pieces of all shapes and sizes, each one bringing something to your cup. There are the tropical sensations of mango, papaya, dragon fruit and pineapple, with a little pear to soften things. Then we include cranberries, sea buckthorn berries, chokeberries, blueberries, kiwi and goji berries to bring plenty of bright zing, without leaving you with a sour look on your face.
Like any fruit salad worth its passionfruit, every mouthful delivers something different. All the chunky fruits in Fruitalicious mean every brew will be unique. The colour, flavour and aroma will vary slightly each time, depending on what lands in your scoop. Sometimes you’ll get a little more pineapple and papaya, other times loads of cranberry and dragon fruit. Wherever your Fruitalicious takes you, each trip promises to be a flavour adventure.
Our sommelier says
“This is truly like fancy fruit salad that you’ll only find when you’re on your holidays in SE Asia.”
Fruitalicious has been sitting proudly on our shelves for years now, and rumour has it that it was inspired by a trip to a tropical island resort where, each morning without fail, there would be an over the top offering of juicy tropical fruits at the breakfast buffet. Fruits of every size, shape and colour, some recognisable, others utterly exotic, were sliced intricately and piled onto platters.
On coming home to dreary, wintry Melbourne, the idea for a fruit tisane inspired by this extravagant fruit display was born. To keep those tropical feels alive, we immortalised that fruit buffet into our wildest, most abundantly fruity tisane of all time. The result? Our most over-the-top delicious fruit tisane, one that’ll plant itself firmly at the top of your list with a single sip!
Don’t take our word for it
This is a beautiful tea, full of flavour! Perfect hot or cold on a hot summer's day. You can really taste the fruit!
Tried as an experiment with non-tea products from T2.
Interesting and fruity drink with the added bonus of a small portion of fruit salad to be eaten after the tisane is drunk!
The aroma of this loose leaf is incredible!
I do use more than recommended to achieve more flavour as it can be subtle.
A true taste of the tropics, with the addition of various berries and other exotic delights. The flavour is sweet and tropical with a little zing.
