Delivery

What delivery service does T2 use?

All orders dispatched from our UK Warehouse (for delivery in Europe) are shipped with DPD.

How long does it take for orders to be dispatched?

Dispatch for your online order can take up to 1-2 business days from the time of your order being placed. Please note that this does not include peak periods.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

We ship all orders with DPD, who have provided the following estimates for delivery.


Domestic shipping timeframes (deliveries within the UK):

1 – 2 business days


International shipping timeframes (deliveries to rest of Europe):

3 – 5 business days


Please note this is a guide only and does not include any customs processing time upon arrival at the destination.

What are T2’s shipping costs?

Delivery within the UK:

Enjoy free delivery for all online purchases over £30 within the UK.

Online purchases of £30 or less can be delivered for £5 within the UK.


International delivery:

Enjoy free international delivery for all online purchases over £60 within Europe.

Online purchases of £60 or less can be delivered within Europe for £10.

Does T2 ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Will I have to pay duties or taxes on my order?

If you are shipping to a country in Europe (excluding the United Kingdom), you may be subject to import taxes. T2 is not liable for any additional duties, taxes or surcharges that you may have to pay upon delivery to your country. If you are unsure, we recommend checking with local authorities before placing your order.
