Delivery

What delivery service does T2 use?

All orders dispatched from our UK Warehouse (for delivery in Europe) are delivered with DHL.

How long does it take for orders to be dispatched?

Standard delivery:

Dispatch of your online order from our warehouse facility will be between 1 - 3 business days from the time your order is confirmed.


Please note: That this does not include weekends or public holiday and selected delivery times will apply after dispatch. Peak periods and promotional events may impact these timeframes.


Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a dispatch confirmation email, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of your email – this will take you to the carrier website. From here you can get recent updates on the location and progress of your order.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

To ensure your gifts arrive before Mother's day, orders must be placed no later than the cut off dates shown below:

UK - Domestic:
Wednesday 10th March
UK - International:
Sunday 7th March

We ship all domestic orders with DHL. International orders are shipped with DPD, except for locations DPD are unable to reach, in which case your order will be shipped with Norsk. Please note the below delivery timeframe estimates:

 

Domestic shipping timeframes (deliveries within the UK):

3 - 5 business days

 

International shipping timeframes (deliveries to rest of Europe):

3 – 10 business days

 

Please note this is a guide only and does not include any customs processing time upon arrival at the destination.

What are T2’s shipping costs?

Delivery within the UK:

Enjoy FREE delivery for all online purchases over £25 within the UK.

Online purchases of £25 or less can be delivered for £5 within the UK.

 

International delivery:

Enjoy free international delivery for all online purchases over £60 within Europe.

Online purchases of £60 or less can be delivered within Europe for £10.

Does T2 ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Will I have to pay duties or taxes on my order?

If you are shipping to a country in Europe (excluding the United Kingdom), you may be subject to import taxes. T2 is not liable for any additional duties, taxes or surcharges that you may have to pay upon delivery to your country. If you are unsure, we recommend checking with local authorities before placing your order.


As of January 1, 2021 orders being delivered into EU countries will be subject to taxes and duties dependent on the value of their shipment.


Customers will be contacted by either SMS or email by the delivery company and requested to pay applicable taxes and duties prior to the delivery of goods. Payment methods accepted vary by country.


Orders below the value of €22 are free from VAT and import duties until July 1, 2021.


Orders >€22 and <€150 will be subject to VAT, but will not incur import duties.


Orders >€150 will incur both VAT and import duties.
