Delivery

What delivery service does T2 use?

All orders dispatched from our UK Warehouse (for delivery in Europe) are delivered with DHL.

How long does it take for orders to be dispatched?

Please refer to our COVID-19 update page for latest information.

 

Dispatch of your online order from our warehouse facility will be between 1 - 3 business days from the time your order is confirmed.


Please note that this does not include weekends or public holidays. Peak periods and promotional events may impact these timeframes.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Please refer to our COVID-19 update page for latest information.

 

We ship all domestic orders with DHL. International orders are shipped with DPD, except for locations DPD are unable to reach, in which case your order will be shipped with Norsk. Please note the below delivery timeframe estimates:

 

To ensure your gifts arrive before Christmas, orders must be placed no later than the cut off dates shown below:

United Kingdom
Friday 18th December

Domestic shipping timeframes (deliveries within the UK):

3 - 5 business days

 

International shipping timeframes (deliveries to rest of Europe):

3 – 10 business days

What are T2’s shipping costs?

Delivery within the UK:

Enjoy free delivery for all online purchases over £25 within the UK whilst our stores remain closed due to COVID-19.

Online purchases of £25 or less can be delivered for £5 within the UK.

 

International delivery:

Enjoy free international delivery for all online purchases over £60 within Europe.

Online purchases of £60 or less can be delivered within Europe for £10.

Does T2 ship to PO Boxes?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

Will I have to pay duties or taxes on my order?

If you are shipping to a country in Europe (excluding the United Kingdom), you may be subject to import taxes. T2 is not liable for any additional duties, taxes or surcharges that you may have to pay upon delivery to your country. If you are unsure, we recommend checking with local authorities before placing your order.
