Delivery

    • All orders dispatched from our UK Warehouse (for delivery in the UK) are delivered with Norsk or P2P.

      Dispatch of your online order from our warehouse can take up 1 to 3 business days from the time of your order being placed. Please note that this does not include public holidays, weekends or sale/promotional periods.

      We ship all domestic orders with DHL. International orders are shipped with P2P, except for locations P2P are unable to reach, in which case your order will be shipped with Norsk. Please note the below delivery timeframe estimates:

      Domestic shipping timeframes for deliveries within the UK:

      3 to 5 business days.

      International shipping timeframes for deliveries to rest of Europe:

      up to 28 days.

      Please note this is a guide only and does not include any customs processing time upon arrival at the destination.

    • Delivery within the UK:

      Enjoy free delivery for all online purchases £25 and above within the UK. Online purchases of £25 or less can be delivered for £5 within the UK.

      International delivery:

      Enjoy free international delivery for all online purchases £60 and above within Europe.

      Online purchases of £60 or less can be delivered within Europe for £10.

    • Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to PO Box addresses.

    Shipping Policy

    Please note that T2 is not responsible for any deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers with the local carrier in your country, air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has left our UK warehouse. Any parcels rejected by the recipient due to customs charges are destroyed by the destination country and are therefore not eligible for refund by T2. We recommend checking local customs charges before placing an order

    International Delivery

    • Due to the UK's decision to exit the EU (Brexit), the EU customs regulations have since changed. To avoid disappointment, we have had to cease shipping our tea goodies into the EU until further notice. Our teams are working tirelessly alongside customs officials so as our loyal sippers residing in the EU can get their hands on their favourite brews once again soon. Please check the ‘Deliver To’ tab at the top left hand corner of the home page to check if we are currently shipping to your country.

    • International delivery is free for all online purchases over £60 within Europe. Online purchases of £60 or less can be delivered internationally within Europe for £10.

      All European orders are shipped from our UK warehouse.

    • If you are shipping to a country outside the UK, you may be subject to import taxes. T2 is not liable for any additional duties, taxes or surcharges that you may have to pay upon delivery to your country. If you are unsure, we recommend checking with local authorities before placing your order

      • Domestic - Order received before 11:59pm local time on Monday, 19th December.
      • International - Order received before 11:59pm local time on Thursday, 1st December, due to depend on different countries' custom clearance process and time in EU, It might take up to 3 weeks' time before customer can get the delivery of the shipment.
