Mango Mint Mocktail

Attention mocktail enthusiasts! To celebrate our delicious Mango Mint Cold Brew tea, we have shaken up mocktail hour with this fruity, fresh and zingy iced beverage. Full to the brim with classic mango flavours, the hint of ginger brings a subtle warmth which amplifies the tropical tones in this delectably refreshing cold brew recipe.

Ingredients

  • 500ml brewed Mango Mint Cold Brew
  • 80ml mango puree
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 10-15 mint leaves
  • ½ lemon sliced
  • Ice as needed

Method

    Add Mango Mint Cold Brew teabag to 500mls cold water and steep for 10 minutes, then stir in mango puree and lemon juice.
  • 2
    In the meantime, add lemon slices and half the mint to a service glass and fill with crushed ice or ice cubes.
  • 3
    Pour in the liquid once brewed and garnish with remaining mint leaves and drink immediately to be refreshed!
