Why not take a look around?

Naturally sweet, smooth, and caffeine-free, rooibos is a South African treasure with a rich history. Grown exclusively in the Cederberg Mountain region of the Western Cape, only tea from this area can bear the name Rooibos—otherwise, it’s simply called red herbal tea.

Meaning “Red Bush” in Afrikaans, rooibos is part of the legume family and has been used for centuries by indigenous tribes as a traditional herbal remedy. Unlike traditional tea, which is withered to remove moisture, rooibos is naturally dry and has water added during processing—creating its distinct, rich flavour.

Traditionally, rooibos was brewed in a pot on a wood-burning stove, simmering all day until it transformed into a deep, coffee-coloured liquor. Today, it’s loved for its naturally sweet, earthy character and versatility—delicious hot, iced, or with a splash of milk.

Discover the warmth and heritage of Rooibos with every sip.
