All Australian orders dispatched from our Australian Warehouse are shipped with Australia Post.
Internal note: (This excludes delivery to New Zealand, all of Europe, USA, Canada, and Singapore).
Dispatch for your online order can take up to 1-2 business days from the time of your order being placed. Please note that this does not include peak periods.
We ship all orders with Australia Post, who has provided the following estimates for delivery:
Domestic shipping timeframes:
Standard: 3 – 5 business days
Express: 1 – 3 business days
International shipping timeframes:
Australia Post estimates international delivery can be up to 28 business days. Please note this is a guide only and does not include any customs processing time upon arrival at the destination.
Please note that T2 is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Australia Post to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has left Australia.

Delivery within Australia:
Enjoy free standard delivery for all online purchases over $70 within Australia. For orders $70 or less, please see below:
Standard shipping (3 – 5 business days) $12
Express shipping (1 – 3 business days) $25
Enjoy free international delivery for all online purchases over $120 from Australia.
Online purchases of $120 or less can be delivered from Australia for $30.
No GST is charged on international orders (orders with a delivery address outside Australia). All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. (This excludes delivery to New Zealand, all of Europe, USA, Canada, and Singapore).
We sure do! Please enter your PO Box address into the delivery address field as normal.
If you are an Australian customer, GST will be included in your total purchase price.
No GST is charged on international orders (orders with a delivery address outside Australia). T2 is not liable for any additional duties, taxes or surcharges that you may have to pay upon delivery to your country. If you are unsure, we recommend checking with local authorities before placing your order.
