What delivery service does T2 use?

All Australian orders dispatched from our Australian Warehouse are shipped with Australia Post.

How long does it take for orders to be dispatched?

Please refer to our COVID-19 update page for latest information on impacts to dispatch and delivery times.

Standard delivery:

Dispatch of your online order from our Melbourne warehouse will generally take between 1 – 3 business days from the time of your order being placed.

Express delivery:

Express orders are dispatched no later than next business day from our Melbourne warehouse.

Please note that dispatch timeframes do not include public holidays or weekends.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

We ship all orders with Australia Post, who has provided the following estimates for delivery:

Domestic shipping timeframes:

Standard: Typically 3 – 5 business days

Express: 1 - 3 business days

International shipping timeframes:

Australia Post estimates international delivery can be up to 10 - 28 business days. Please note this is a guide only and does not include any customs processing time upon arrival at the destination.

Shipping Policy:

Please note that T2 is not responsible for any deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Australia Post to the local carrier in your country, air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has left Australia.

Please note that all shipping timeframes are from the time of dispatch. Dispatch can take up to 5 – 7 business days from the time of your order being placed. Please note that this does not include public holidays, weekends or sale/promotional periods.

What are T2’s shipping costs?

Delivery within Australia:

Enjoy free standard delivery for all online purchases over $50 within Australia whilst our stores remain closed due to COVID-19. For orders $50 or less, please see below:

Standard shipping (3 – 5 business days) $9.95

(Free for orders over $50 and maybe subject to change without notice)

Express shipping (1 – 3 business days) $15

International delivery:

Enjoy free international delivery for all online purchases over $120 from Australia.

Online purchases of $120 or less can be delivered from Australia for $30.

No GST is charged on international orders (orders with a delivery address outside Australia). All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. (This excludes delivery to New Zealand, all of Europe, USA, Canada, and Singapore).

Does T2 ship to PO Boxes?

We sure do! Please enter your PO Box address into the delivery address field as normal.

Will I have to pay duties or taxes on my order?

If you are an Australian customer, GST will be included in your total purchase price.

No GST is charged on international orders (orders with a delivery address outside Australia). T2 is not liable for any additional duties, taxes or surcharges that you may have to pay upon delivery to your country. If you are unsure, we recommend checking with local authorities before placing your order.
