All Australian orders dispatched from our Australian Warehouse are shipped with Australia Post.

Dispatch of your online order from our Melbourne warehouse will be between 1- 3 business days from the time your order is confirmed.
Express orders are dispatched no later than next business day from our Melbourne warehouse.
Please note: That this does not include weekends or public holiday and selected delivery times will apply after dispatch. Peak periods and promotional events may impact these timeframes.
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a dispatch confirmation email, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of your email – this will take you to the carrier website. From here you can get recent updates on the location and progress of your order.

We ship all orders with Australia Post, who has provided the following estimates for delivery:
Domestic shipping timeframes:
Standard: Typically 3 – 5 business days
Express: 1 - 3 business days
International shipping timeframes:
Australia Post estimates international delivery can be up to 10 - 28 business days. Please note this is a guide only and does not include any customs processing time upon arrival at the destination.
Please note that T2 is not responsible for any deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Australia Post to the local carrier in your country, air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back-end charges once the package has left Australia.

Oh no! If you have popped in the wrong address at checkout, but the order hasn’t yet been delivered there is still time! You can re-direct your tea goodies via the Australia Post tracking we have provided you in your dispatch email. Delivery within Australia:
Enjoy FREE delivery for all online purchases over $50 within Australia.
Online purchases of $50 or less can be delivered for $9.95 within the Australia.
Express shipping is available for a flat fee of $15 anywhere in Australia.
Enjoy free international delivery for all online purchases over $120 from Australia.
Online purchases of $120 or less can be delivered from Australia for $30.
No GST is charged on international orders (orders with a delivery address outside Australia). All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. (This excludes delivery to New Zealand, all of Europe, USA, Canada, and Singapore).
We sure do! Please enter your PO Box address into the delivery address field as normal.
If you are an Australian customer, GST will be included in your total purchase price.
No GST is charged on international orders (orders with a delivery address outside Australia). T2 is not liable for any additional duties, taxes or surcharges that you may have to pay upon delivery to your country. If you are unsure, we recommend checking with local authorities before placing your order.
