White Choc Matcha Martini

Happy hour perfection. It’s smooth, creamy and just the right amount of spirited. This martini in amplified by the earthiness (and caffeine boost!) of matcha.

Serves 1
Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon of T2 White Choc Matcha
  • 150mls of water at 80°C
  • 50ml almond milk
  • 50ml gin
  • 25ml amaretto
  • Ice

Tools
  • Coupe glass
  • Matcha bowl
  • Matcha whisk
  • Cocktail shaker

Brew Tip. Grate or shave white chocolate over top for an extra sweet touch.

Method

    Place a clean coupe glass into the freezer or fridge to chill.

    Add 1 teaspoon into a T2 matcha bowl, add 150mls of water at 80°C and whisk until frothy.

    Add prepared matcha to a cocktail shaker, followed by 50ml almond milk, 50ml gin, and 25ml amaretto.

    Fill cocktail shaker halfway with ice, seal, and shake vigorously until chilled.

    Shake and strain into chilled coupe making sure to get as much liquid and foam into the glass.
