Shatavari is traditionally used as a tonic, and Gotu Kola, amongst other things, is said to boost memory.
Boil the kettle. Warm your cup or pot first by adding a splash of boiling water. Swill and discard, then fill with freshly boiled water.
Add 1 tea bag to your cup or 1 teaspoon of Be Balanced to your infuser and place the infuser in your cup. To make a pot, the general rule is 1 teaspoon/tea bag per 250 ml.
Brew for 3-5 minutes, or to desired strength.
Remove the infuser/tea bag. Sip mindfully and enjoy!
